The work of the Clubhouse is real and necessary work that is done in order for the Clubhouse to operate. Members feel valued and accepted in a productive, supportive environment where they work side by side with paid staff. Not only do members use their unique talents, skills and gifts for the betterment of the Clubhouse, but they are also productive, contributing members of the communities they live and work in.
